Prices:
The charge for annex accommodation is for self-catering £280 per week, £310 High Season(July & August, including Xmas & New Year). £220 Low Season (October till March) inclusive of electricity, heating, hot water, towels and bed linen. Week bookings for self-catering are normally Saturday to Saturday. Out of season short break's in the annexe, minimum of 3 nights is £60-00 per night with extra nights at a discount of £20 p/n,( October to April ).

Special savings for retired couples over 65 or a repeat booking for a limited period we will offer a £30 discount on all weekly bookings and £60 on two week bookings.

Deposit:
A deposit of 25% is required on all bookings (Non refundable) with balance on arrival..

Booking & payment:
With regret we do not take pets, except by special arrangement, which has been agreed in advance.  And where good behaviour and cleanliness is guaranteed.

Arrival and departure:
Week bookings for self-catering are normally Saturday to Saturday with arrival time after 4pm and exit time around 10am allowing us time to change over.
